Start the new year with an inspirational talk by award winning autistic activist, speaker and author Joely Williams. Joely will talk about autism acceptance and thriving with a disability.
Joely Williams (nee Colmer) is a world awarded, autistic autism activist and author of empowering and educational resource book AspergerWorld. Joely is passionate about enabling understanding of the hidden depths and quirks of autism and strives to create positive change within our autistic communities. Joely’s website is http://www.aspergerworld.co.uk
There is usually time after the main event to talk, ask questions and share information.
Grateful thanks for helping us ready the Café for the following morning 🙂
Our group is open to people on the autistic spectrum both diagnosed and undiagnosed plus carers, friends and family. You’re very welcome to our group. Read more about what to expect on your first visit.
Please respect each other’s privacy and don’t discuss outside meetings who else attends or what they say at DAAS events, unless that person has given you permission to do so.
